IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE SCARY
Having spent thousands of dollars on your SBL/SDL you're ready to enter the ring! A word of advice: having spent that many dollars consider spending some time with someone familiar with the hiring process, whether it's with me or someone else. Here's why: did you know that fifty percent of the decision is made as to whether you make round two is made as you walk through the door? It's not always about the content of your answers as much as it is about the presentation of your answers. It's akin to dining at a five star restaurant: the chef knows it's all in the eye of the beholder. So do we.
