If you are asked in an interview to tell your story in ninety seconds, what will it sound like? Estimates of the time HR people spend reading resumes is anywhere from ninety seconds to three  minutes.  Make the time count!

I've been a school board member for a quarter of a century. I've interviewed and hired superintendents, assistant principals and principals. In addition, I am an associate of a company which recruits school administrators ranging  from superintendents to principals in the Tri-State area. I'm also a consultant to the New York State School Boards Association where I workshop local school boards on Roles and Responsibilities.
